Often attributed to an overuse injury, a specific pattern of movement can become habit over time.

However, this may not be the best pattern for you. Muscle imbalances can not only be the cause of chronic pain, they can also develop from living with chronic pain.

An individual functional assessment will identify any faulty muscle patterning that may be contributing to chronic pain as well as muscle imbalances or general weaknesses. Once identified, a program can be designed to address these deficient areas.
