Muscle Balance Training Hope BC

Muscle balance training identifies any limitations in joint mobility and stability along with weaknesses in functional strength.

Evenstride will design and teach you a program that improves movement by focusing on functional fitness – specific muscle strengthening and conditioning to better their day to day “functional” performance.

Muscle imbalances are very common and can develop for many reasons including:

  • repetitive movement patterns
  • old injuries that have not healed completely
  • stress on under-trained muscles
  • poor posture
  • aging

If not treated, these imbalances can lead to:

  • aches and pains in muscles or joints
  • feeling stiff and tense regularly
  • decreased range of motion
  • headaches
  • general fatigue
  • postural compensations
  • muscle weakness
  • decreased balance and proprioception
  • decreased sport performance


  • Single 1 Hour Session  – ($65)
  • 1/2 Hour Session – ($40)
